Here we are providing you the new PM Modi government scheme list 2020 for the education of students in India. This list of central government schemes for school education in India includes student development schemes run by AICTE and MHRD. The list includes 10 AICTE run and 28 MHRD run schemes which are categorized into schemes for primary, secondary and higher education. To get the benefit of the scheme, students can apply online and fill the respective plan form to avail the benefit. The primary objective is to ensure quality education for all students and secure them good jobs and thus build a strong nation.
List of Government Schemes for Education in India by AICTE
1. PG Scholarship Scheme
This PG Scholarship scheme is offered to full time GATE / GPAT eligible students. M.E. in AICTE approved institutions and colleges / M. Tech / M. All eligible students admitted to the Arc and M.Pharma courses are eligible. The beneficiaries of the PG Scholarship Scheme will receive Rs. 12,400 per month per student.
2. National Doctoral Fellowship (NDF)
This NDF scheme accepts full-time meritorious research scholars by providing research fellowships to students. All those who wish to take admission in Ph.D. AICTE approved technical institutes / university departments to conduct research in thrust areas. To avail this, candidates can apply online for the National Doctoral Fellowship Scheme.
3. Progress Scholarship Scheme
Progress Scholarship / Merit Degree / Diploma is awarded to meritorious girls seeking admission in AICTE approved technical institute. Total 4000 Scholarship @ Rs. 30000 as tuition fee reimbursement and Rs. 20000 as each year. Students can now apply for the progress plan online to take advantage of it.
4. Saksham Scholarship Scheme
Saksham Scholarship / Contingency Degree / Diploma is awarded to differently abled students seeking admission in AICTE approved technical institute. Total 1000 scholarship @ Rs. 30000 as tuition fee reimbursement and Rs. 20000 as each year. Students can now apply online for the Sakam scheme to avail its benefits.
5. Prerana Scheme for Preparing SC / ST Students for Higher Educatio
There is a huge shortage of faculty in engineering and polytechnic colleges. The problem can be solved by promoting pre and final year degree students to go for postgraduate courses. Prerna Yojana aims to provide financial assistance to institutions that are willing to make extra efforts to encourage and train SC / ST students for GATE / GPAT / CAT / CMAT and GRE. The broad objective of the scheme is to help SC / ST students pursuing higher education through entrance exams like GATE / GPAT / CAT / CMAT / TOEFL / IELTS and GRE. Students can apply online for the Prarena Scheme to take advantage of it.
6. Samriddhi Scheme for SC / ST Students for Setting Start-Ups
Given the poor job availability in the market, SC / ST students are required to provide opportunities to start their own ventures. SC / ST students have to help them design, launch and run their own businesses / startups through the entrepreneurship development program / SC / ST students after the formal education ends as per the startup policy of AICTE. Students can apply online for Samridhi Yojana to take advantage of this.
7. Support to Students for Participating in Competition Abroad (SSPCA)
SSPCA scheme aims to encourage engineering students to improve their field to visit a team of minimum 2 to 10 students to participate in the competition internationally Assistance is to provide registration fee. Of technical education. To avail this, students can apply online for SSPCA scheme.
8. Pradhan Mantri Special Scholarship Scheme (PMSSS)
PM Scholarship Scheme aims to build capacity, educate, enable and empower the youth of Jammu and Kashmir, which will enhance employment prospects in the students of Jammu and Kashmir. Total 5000 Scholarship @ Rs. 100000 / – as maintenance fee and educational fee of Rs. 30000 / – to General Degree, Rs. 125000 / – to engineering degree and Rs. 300000 / – for medical degree every year.
9. AICTE-INAE Travel Grant Scheme

10. Smart India Hackathon 2019
The Smart India Hackathon is a unique initiative to identify new and disruptive digital solutions to solve the challenges facing our country under the Smart India Hackathon 2017 program. The event was held from 1 – 2 April 2017 till 36 pm. -Stop competition 9544 technology students, 598 statement of problems, 29 different central government. Ministries, 26 different nodal centers and funding of Rs. 3 lakhs per team for 100 qualified teams.
11. M.TECH Projects as Internships with Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs)
The main objective of the scheme is to nurture an innovation ecosystem that benefits both technically inferior MSMEs and technical institutions. 408 small and medium enterprises have indicated a need for 738 technology students.
