ESI Corporation raised funeral expenses to Rs. 15,000. Previously, all the insured employees were entitled to get Rs. 10,000 as funeral expenses. Now the cost of funeral has been raised from the existing Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 15,000 is being paid on the death of the insured.
