The Uttar Pradesh government has launched the UP Kisan Asan Yojana (Kisan Easy Scheme) from 1 February 2020. Under this UP Easy Installment Scheme, farmers can pay their outstanding tubewell electricity bills in installments (installment). UPPCL is inviting UP Aasan Kist Yojna / Kisan Kist Yojna (Rural) online registration / application form at www.upenergy.in/uppcl or www.uppcl.org. According to the Energy Department of Uttar Pradesh, the interest waiver will also be applicable on the tubewell bill. Every farmer can now avail aasaan kisht yojna by applying online on CSC or other methods given below. Only those farmers who pay their tubewell electricity bills on time, only they will be able to avail this UP Kisan Easy Installment Scheme. This UP Kisan Asan installment scheme is going to benefit both the farmers as well as the electricity suppliers.
UP Aasan Kist Yojana / Kisan Kist Yojna 2020 (Rural)
Under the UP Kisan Asan Yojana, the Department of Energy of the UP government, a facility has been introduced to pay outstanding electricity bills in easy installments. This facility comes with interest waiver on farmers’ bills. All farmers will not have to pay any interest on tubewell electricity bills till 31 January 2020. The principal amount is to be paid on bills by 31 January 2020 in only 6 easy installments.

Step 4: “लॉगिन” link, a new consumer login page will appear where existing users can login using account number and password. If you are a new user, click “Register Now” to create your username and password to access this secure application
Step 5: After the above steps Appear UPPCL Aasan Kist Yojana Rural online registration form 2020
Step 6: Here applicants can enter account number, service connection number, password, name, mobile number, e-mail ID and can complete the UPPCL Kisan Asan Yojana scheme online registration process by clicking the “Register” button.
Step 7: Finally, applicants can login and fill the online application form for the remaining UP Kisan Asan Yojana scheme.

UP Grameen Asan Installment Scheme – Easy installments for farmers
Under the UP Kisan Asan Yojana Scheme (Kisan Easy Installment Scheme), farmers can pay the principal amount of their outstanding electricity bills from 1 February to 29 February 2020. Farmers can avail UP Kisan Asan Yojana at their nearest CSC, subdivision. Officer or Executive Engineer Officer. Farmers will have to deposit 5% of the minimum amount of their outstanding electricity bills or a minimum of Rs. 1500 with their current tubewell electricity bill.
Later, farmers will get the option to pay the outstanding electricity bill in 6 easy reports. Each month, farmers will have to deposit their installment with the electricity bill for that month. The interest of the farmer will be waived on timely payment of all dues. The previous phase of the UP Asan installment plan was ending on 31 January 2020, which has now been extended till 29 February 2020. Till date, more than 20 lakh farmers have availed this UP Easy Installment Scheme for payment of tubewell electricity bills.
All consumers who have received notice for recovery of payment of bills under Section 5 can also avail the benefit of UP Kisan Asan Yojana. Also, litigants with pending cases in courts will also get benefits under UP. Asan Kish plan.
