About YSR Rythu Seva Lo Upadhi Mitra
There were many people who were working in small companies in Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Delhi etc. but they have lost their jobs due to outbreak of coronovirus. Hence the Andhra Pradesh government is planning to launch the Rathu Seva Low Degree Friend Scheme. Under the Rathu Seva Lo Nathit Mitra Scheme, migrant workers will be provided jobs on daily wages, who return to their homeland after losing their jobs due to coronovirus lockdown.
The scheme is going to provide jobs in agriculture and allied sector using National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (NREGA). The Rythu Seva Lo Upadhi Mitra scheme will work like the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGA). Under this scheme, migrant laborers will work in agriculture and allied sectors as these areas are facing shortage of laborers.
