The Madhya Pradesh government has launched the MP Street Vendor Registration Portal on 6 June 2020. CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan has announced the launch of this new MP, Shehri Path Vyavasay Uttarayan Yojana 2020. 10,000 loans to street vendors. To avail short term loans from banks, people have to register Madhya Pradesh Urban Path Vyaparikaran Yojana. All daily wage earners, small business people, street vendors etc. can now apply for this scheme.
Since coronavirus (COVID-19) lockdown, most small businesses lack working capital due to the central government. This PM Street Vendor Atmanbir Nidhi (PM SVANidhi) scheme has been started. In this scheme, all street vendors can take a working capital loan up to Rs. 10,000 without any guarantee.

CM Shivraj Singh has launched the MP Street Vendor Registration Portal on 6 June 2020 through video conferencing. Below is the entire process of registering on the new MP Street Vendor Registration Portal for street vendors to collect Rs. 10,000 loans under MP Shehri Path Vyavasay Utthan Yojana.

Shivraj Singh Chouhan thanked PM Narendra Modi and said that the Central Government had launched the Chief Minister Path Vendor Self-Reliant Fund (Prime Minister S.V.Nidhi) scheme a few days ago. Under this, interest free loans of up to Rs. Will be made available to all street vendors. In the same plan, Madhya Pradesh Urban Path Vyaparini Utthan Yojana is being started with the aim of benefiting the urban street practitioners of the state.
Who will get the loan and from where?
Under this scheme, Rs. 10,000 will be given as loan to the small businessmen of the poor and those working on handcart. These short-term loans will be provided by the bank and the government will take care of this loan.
How will there be interest?
Madhya Pradesh will also take loans (up to 10,000) as beneficiaries under the Urban Path Vyapar Utthan Yojana, vacating its 7% interest rate center. The Government of Madhya Pradesh has decided that in addition to the 7% interest, the remaining interest which will be charged will be filled by the Government of Madhya Pradesh. This means that this loan will be interest free for poor sisters, Muslims and for small practices. Therefore, no beneficiary will have to pay any interest on this working capital loan.

Shivraj Singh Chauhan has started a registration portal for Madhya Pradesh Urban Path Business Development Scheme registration. The portal has been started to accept the information of all urban small businesses as integrated data in one place. All the street practitioners will be registered for Madhya Pradesh Urban Path Vyapar Utthan Yojana. This registration work will be done in all the offices of the Urban Development and Housing Department. In addition, registration will also be done through MP Online Kiosk in Madhya Pradesh Urban Path Business Development Scheme.
