People living in the periphery of the city, namely, nearby villages and towns, come to the city at various functions. Life starts early in the big city, school buses carrying school children ply on the streets. Schools dressed in school uniforms can be seen walking on the streets or waiting for buses. Long queues of office-workers can be seen at bus stops seen in some scooters or cars. Some drive or ride their own vehicles while others travel by buses or trains.

Some people use cycles and auto rickshaws to reach their destination. People flock to the market to buy vegetables and household items. With each passing hour, traffic continues to increase. Shops and marketplaces remain crowded for late evening hours while the streets face frequent overnight traffic. The city has some special attractions in life. There are many types of places for entertainment and there are large parks, hotels, theaters and clubs for entertainment.
