Essay on If I Were The Principal of My School in English for Students

Many times, it happens that a school suddenly becomes famous, the reason behind this is often the school’s principals. He is responsible for the overall development of the school and its students. If he is a person of character, principles and dignity, the student and staff are bound to emulate him. If I become a Principal, first I will try a personal example.

I will face every problem of the school in a systematic way. I would routinely opt out to deal with non-absenteeism and disturbances between students. This will be issued against the application of the student who is counter-signed by his or her classroom teacher. I will request class teachers to follow the rules for taking attendance in the morning and after lunch. The names of the students who are played with the student will be read in the assembly the next day.

They will be properly punished in front of the entire school. I want to tackle the problem of further cleanliness. It is often seen that school premises and toilets are very dirty. Those who are responsible for keeping them clean do not do their jobs properly. After regular inspection and spot checks, I will ensure that they do their work properly. I will also enlist the help of school parents and classroom monitors, who will be responsible if they are absorbed by their class rooms and corridor papers. I will ensure that drinking water, library and sports facilities are maintained efficiently. I will nominate a teacher whose job it is to see that such facilities are running smoothly The monitor will be asked to maintain a proper stock of chalk and other learning aids.

Chalks will be issued to them at the beginning of each month. Finally, I will do an hour of manual labor to the students every week. This can be anything from planting a play ground or building a store house. This will give them entry into the value of manual labor and manual labor. By engaging both teachers and students in various pedagogical activities, I propose to keep them from laziness and boredom. This is not to say that education will be ignored in any way. Indeed, I will ensure that all classes are conducted regularly and that no student is more than homework. All this is possible only with the cooperation of teaching staff. I will treat them as a part of my family and take care of their needs, so that they can be happy and pay full attention towards teaching the students.
