Base fellowship eligibility criteria: –

For Internship: –
Applicants should be Indian citizens. If you are going to apply, check that you are currently working as full-time scholars in the field of solar energy in a public funded R&D Lab / S&T Institute (Non-Private) / Accredited Educational Institution (University / University). For the fellowship:
The applicant must be an Indian citizen with a Ph.D. in science, engineering or technology. The applicant must provide proof of independent research work in internationally recognized academic journals.
Under this fellowship only and only those candidates can apply who are working in the field of Solar Energy, a publicly funded R&D laboratory / S&T Institute (non-private) / recognized educational institution in India (University / College) holds a permanent position.

Who can apply for this scholarship ?

For Student Internship, an applicant must:

  • Be a citizen of India
  • Be enrolled in a full-time PhD course in  the field of Solar Energy, in a public-funded R&D Laboratory/S&T institution /recognized academic institute (University/College) in India
  • Be up to 32 years of age as on 31st December 2019

For Fellowship, an applicant must:

  • Be a citizen of India
  • Hold a doctoral degree in Science, Engineering or Technology
  • Not be more than 40 years of age as on 31st December 2019.
  • Hold a regular position in a public-funded S&T institution, R&D laboratory, any recognized academic college or university in India

  • The duration of student internship ranges from 3 months to 6 months while the fellowship ranges from 3 months to 12 months.
