The Government of Rajasthan has launched an online labor employment exchange portal ie Raj Kaushal Yojana Portal for laborers. The Department of Information and Technology (IT) and RSLDC have started developing a portal for labor employment exchange to provide employment to migrant workers. With this online website, mismatched demand / supply of workers in the state will be addressed. Industrial units can raise their demands on the portal. The process of applying for laborers online by filling the workers’ application / registration form has started.

राज कौशल पोर्टल से प्रवासी श्रमिको को रोजगार मिलेगा

राजस्‍थान सरकार यहां के श्रमिको के लिए बहुत अच्‍छी योजना लेके आई है।

राज्‍य की सरकार इस पोर्टल को शुरू करने के बाद मजदूरों को कौशल प्रशिक्षण देने व मजदूरो को कार्य देने की तैयारी में लगी हुई है। राजकौशल पोर्टल को राज्‍य के श्रम उद्योग विभाग, सूचना प्राैधोगिकी, व राजस्‍थान विकास निगम आदि सभी विभाग द्वारा मिलकर शुरू किया जाएगा। इस योजना के लिए लगभग 10 लाख मजदूरों का डेटा सभी सेंटरो से इक्‍ठ्ठा किया जा रहा है। सभी प्रवासी मजदूरों से फॉर्म नंबर 4 भरवाया जाएगा।

Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has directed the officials to set up the Raj Kaushal Yojana Portal as an online employment exchange for laborers so that they can get employment during the coronavirus (COVID-19) lockdown. This employment exchange will meet the needs of industries by providing manpower supply.

It is the responsibility of the Rajasthan government to support workers during the coronavirus crisis. Apart from this, it is also necessary to ensure the availability of workers to bring the industries back on track.

Rajasthan Worker Application / Registration Form

To ensure proper availability of laborers to industries and provide work to labor, CM Ashok Gehlot has launched a new Rajasthan online Shram Rojgar Exchange Portal. Both industry and workers can register themselves in the exchange. As soon as the online worker employment exchange portal online application link is available, we will update the process of filling the workers’ application / registration form here.

New projects of skill development should be designed to ensure that the skills of workers can be developed according to the current needs. The CM directed the Rajasthan Skills and Livelihood Development Corporation (RSLDC) to provide short-term training to inbound migrants and prepare them for local industries. All data related to the demand and supply side of workers will be put on the Rajasthan Online Labor Employment Exchange Portal.

Due to the nationwide COVID-19 lockdown, a large number of migrant workers have come to Rajasthan and even migrated to other states. The Labor Department should provide training to the workers according to their qualifications and the requirement of the industries. With this, workers will be able to work in various enterprises and earn their livelihood. Industries can increase their demand with some skills on the portal. On the supply side, there are around 12.5 lakh registered unemployed in the state.

With special emphasis on reforming labor laws, the CM stated that “the entire landscape of the industry has changed due to the lockout as well as a major challenge of labor planning. There is a need to reform and improve the scope of labor laws as per the need of the hour. “For this purpose, CM has directed to make more and more departmental plans and programs online.

Overseas Rajasthani Labor Welfare Fund

CM Ashok Gehlot approved the formation of the Pravasi Rajasthani Workers Welfare Fund announced in the budget for the welfare of migrant Rajasthani workers.

According to the skill of migrant workers, the labor department is preparing its database so that such laborers can be linked with employment opportunities as per the requirement of industries. So far, about 4 lakh workers have arrived in Rajasthan and 1.35 lakh workers have gone to other states. The Rajasthan Labor Department is preparing a database of workers and after the mapping of the workers is completed, their skill development will be done through RSLDC.

श्रमिक विभाग उद्योग और व्‍यवसायों में मजदूरों की मांग का निर्धारण करने के लिए केन्‍द्र के उद्योग आधार मेमोरेंडम पोर्टल और बिजनेस पंजीकरण नंबर से स्‍थानीय उद्योग व व्‍यवसायों की मैपिंग करेगा।

ये उद्योग और व्‍यवसाय इस पोर्टल पर रजिस्‍ट्रेशन से अपनी आवश्‍यकता बताएंगे।

  • इसके रजिस्‍ट्रेशन की सुविधा के लिए ई-मित्र की दुकान पर जाना होगा।
  • रजिस्‍ट्रेशन करवाने के बाद आपके द्वारा दिये गये मोबाइल नंबर पर एक मेसेज आएगा।
  • मजदूर द्वारा रोजगार की आवश्‍यकता जताने पर इसकी जानकारी संबंधित उद्योग को दी जाएगी।
  • अभी तक राज्‍य के लगभग 12.72 लाख व्‍यक्ति क्‍वांरटिन किये गये हैं।
  • 12.72 लाख व्‍यक्तियों मे से लगभग दस लाख व्‍यक्ति श्रमिक हैं।

राजस्‍थान सरकार ने श्रमिको को राहत देने के लिए जो बहुत प्रयास कर रही है।  जिससे श्रमिको के बिगडे हालात को सुधार सके और उनको रोजगार प्रदान कर सके । इससे श्रमिको पहले की तरह सामान्‍य जीवन जी सके। राजकौशल पोर्टल की शुरूआत कर सरकार ने श्रमिको के फायदे के लिए बहुत बडा फैसला लिया है। यह श्रमिको के लिए बहुत बडी खुशखबरी है।
