Government of Andhra Pradesh. The AP YSR Navasakam Scheme 2019 has been launched which is a revolutionary step for the implementation of the government. Welfare schemes. On 20 November, the process for identification of YSR Navsankam scheme beneficiaries has been started. All those persons named AP YSR Navasakam List of Benefits will be issued new cards to avail welfare schemes.

For each scheme, a separate card will be provided to each beneficiary. Under this scheme, volunteers from village / ward will conduct door to door survey till 30 November to identify all the beneficiaries.

Later, the AP YSR Nawasakam Scheme list of beneficiaries will be displayed in the village / ward secretariats for social audit. The entire process of beneficiary identification will end on 20 December 2019.

AP YSR Navasakam Scheme Enrollment and Beneficiary List

The complete procedure for enrollment and preparation of the beneficiary list is given below: –

• Village / ward volunteers will conduct door to door surveys from 20 to 30 November and 30 November 2019.
• On his visit, beneficiaries of AP YSR Navasakam Yojana will be enrolled.
• From 1 December 2019, the beneficiary list will be shown in the Village / Ward Secretariat for social audit.
• The applications will be scrutinized from 2 December to 7 December 2019 and a draft list will be prepared on 9 December.
• The list of objections will be accepted from 10 to 14 December.
• Later, AP YSR Navasakam scheme beneficiaries will be selected after selection of Ward / Gram Sabha B / W from 15 December to 18 December 2019.
• Finalization of AP YSR Navsankam scheme beneficiary list will be done in next 2 days and the whole process will be completed by 20 December 2019.

All eligible beneficiaries will be approved new cards from 1 January 2020. Till now, all the eligible candidates can enroll in AP YSR Navsankam Yojana to avail various welfare schemes for them.

YSR Navasakam Portal, Website Launched

The Navasacam portal is designed for residents and officials of the state of Andhra Pradesh. Through the implementation of this portal, information will be made available to the residents for the state and the implementation of this scheme will make the flow of information possible to each eligible beneficiary of Andhra Pradesh. Also, many guidelines will be transmitted to the portal for download via PDF.

Implementation through portal

The portal has been developed for smooth running of schemes. The following process will begin for smooth functioning of the schemes: –

• First, pre-populated survey formats, such as current plans –
  • Rice card
  • YSR Pension Kanuka Card
  • YSR Arogyashree Card
  • Jagannan Vidya Deewana Card
  • Jagannan Vasati Devena Card
  • Amma Vody Scheme
• The formats will be provided by the respective departments through district collectors.
• Where pre-populated formats are not available, survey proforma will be given by the concerned departments for printing at the district level for distribution to volunteers.
• The concerned departments will send separate guidelines on eligibility criteria and other procedures for identifying beneficiaries.
• The MPDO and Municipal Commissioner will make necessary arrangements for computerization of data at the following levels-

  • Ward secretariat
  • group
  • ULB level

Navsacam survey process

• First, volunteers will create a program to survey their area.
• They will give prior notice to the families about their journey.
• Every day volunteers will cover an average of 5 homes in rural areas.
• And 10 houses in urban areas.
• Volunteers will visit the doors of each house under their jurisdiction, along with a pre-determined datasheet and survey format.
• Volunteer to thoroughly verify eligibility criteria by clearly stating about the above mentioned government welfare schemes to identify eligible members.
• MPDO / Municipal Commissioner to make necessary arrangements and monitor the entire survey process.
