Eligibility criteria-
- The female candidate who will be a single child of her parents will be eligible to apply for the Indra Gandhi Scholarship 2023-22.
- The scheme is applicable to a single girl child who has taken admission in a regular, full-time first-year masters degree course at a recognized university or postgraduate college.
- This scholarship is available only for the PG-I year student.
- Admission to PG course in distance education mode is not included under the scheme.
Age limit- The age of girl students applying at the time of admission to PG courses should not be more than 30 years.
Award amount– The selected candidates under this scholarship will be given an amount of Rs. 3100 / – per month.
Selection will be considered on the basis of 10 + 2 marks obtained by Motif-select students.
Documents required –
- The candidate should upload scanned copies of an affidavit at Rs. 50 / – stamp paper duly attested by SDM / First Class Magistrate / Gazetted Officer.
- A copy of the joining report from the college / university where the student has taken admission in the first year postgraduate course.
