Features available on the Champions Portal

The Champions Portal is a genuine one stop shop solution launched by the Ministry of MSME. The system uses modern ICT tools to march Indian ICMEs in big leagues nationally and globally. In addition to ICT tools including telephone, Internet and video conferencing, the system is enabled by artificial intelligence, data analytics and machine learning.

The chapters are also fully integrated on a real-time basis with GOI’s main complaint portal CPGRAMS and other web-based mechanisms of the MSME ministry itself. The entire ICT architecture is built in-house with the help of NIC at no cost. Accordingly, the physical infrastructure is built in one of the dumping rooms of the Ministry in record time.

As part of the system a network of control rooms is built into the Hub & Spoke model. The Hub is located in the office of Secretary MSME in New Delhi. Spokespeople in various offices and institutes of the ministry will be in the states. So far, 66 state level control rooms have been built as part of the system.
