This auto, e-rickshaw and taxi driver financial assistance scheme is for one time only means financial assistance of Rs 5,000 will be given only once, not repeatedly. - Then the directions page of Delhi Transport Department will appear online before filling the registration / application form.
- Then click on the “Click here” link to open the Delhi Driver Scheme online registration form.
- In the open application form, fill all the required details and upload the required documents as prescribed by the department.
- Follow all the instructions provided and complete the registration process.
After the completion of the application process and the verification, financial assistance will be transferred to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries.

List of documents to apply online for Delhi Driver Scheme
The complete list of documents required to apply online for the Delhi Driver Scheme 2020 is given below. In addition to the registration form, drivers must submit the necessary documents for consideration and acceptance of their applications. Any application must be filled by the individual holder of the PSV badge and a valid DL of Para Transit public service vehicles through an online module. It is necessary to present the following information: –
- Driving license number
- PSV badge no.
- Mobile number
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Aadhaar number
Only after submission of the completed application form along with these supporting documents, the apply online form would be considered.
Eligibility for Delhi Driver Scheme 2020
Read this section carefully to know who is eligible to get relief under Delhi Chalak scheme: –
- The beneficiaries of the scheme include all owners of public transport passenger vehicles. Auto rickshaw, rural service, taxi, maxicab, fatfat service, e-rickshaw, school taxi, eco-friendly service etc.
- All applicant drivers must hold their valid driver’s license and PSV badge.
- Support amount of Rs. 5,000 will be given to all PSV badge holders who have been issued these badges till 23 March 2020 when the lockdown was initiated.
If a driver’s DL has expired on or after 1 February 2020, they are also eligible and can apply for benefits.

To ensure that a person does not suffer from financial crisis, CM Kejriwal paid Rs. 5,000 to all drivers. This includes PSV badge holders as well as all legitimate DL holders.
