Types of customers

The official portal of Andhra Pradesh stand booking has two types of customers available. Two types of customers are mentioned below: –

General consumer- Any person who wants to purchase sand for household / personal use, such as construction, repair, etc. of a personal home is classified as a “general consumer”.
Bulk consumers- All other categories of consumers, which are not classified as “general consumers”, will be classified as “wholesale consumers”. This would include real estate developers, private contractors, government departments and large consumers like sand.

Quantity for consumers

A fair amount of sand booking has been identified by the authorities concerned. Both the above mentioned consumers can book this maximum number of sand bookings: –

A typical consumer is eligible to purchase a maximum of 500 metric tons of sand over a period of 12 months, provided that the quantity of sand required is certified by the relevant authorities.
There is no maximum permitted quantity that bulk consumers can purchase.

General Consumer – Registration Process

Click the “Send OTP” button.
An OTP will be sent to your mobile number.
Enter Received OTP
Click the “SUBMIT” button
Enter your Aadhaar number
Click the “SUBMIT” button
Enter your personal details like-
- Name
- District
- Urban rural
- Division / Municipality
- Gram Panchayat / Ward
- Address / Door Number
- Landmark
- Street name
- Pin Code
- Mail id
Click on the Next button.
Tick the declaration checkbox.
Click the “Register” button.
A user ID will be sent to your registered mobile number.
Click on the “PRODED TO ORDER SAND” button.

Bulk Consumer – Registration Procedure

On the homepage, click on “REGISTRATION” button.
Enter Consumer Mobile number

Click the “Send OTP” button.
An OTP will be sent to your mobile number.
Enter Received OTP
Click the “SUBMIT” button
Enter gst number
Click on the “GST GST Details” button.
Enter Details
Company Name (per GST)
Trade Name (as per GST)
Mobile Number (As per GST)
The address will be auto-populated (as per GST).
Enter wholesale consumer details like-
- Name
- District
- Urban rural
- Mandal / Municipality,
- Gram Panchayat / Ward
- Address / Door No
- Milestone / Road Name
- Pin Code
- Mail id
Click on the Next button.
Click on the Next button.
Tick the declaration checkbox.
Click the “Register” button.
A user ID will be sent to your registered mobile number.
Click on the “PRODED TO ORDER SAND” button.

Process To Book Online Sand at Sand Booking Portal

Click on the “Add order” button.
Choose-
- Type of work
- Work order / plan approval number
- Upload certificate
- Upload supporting documents
- Construction type
- Construction size
- Quantum of certified sand

Enter
- Name
- Select district
- Urban rural
- Division / Municipality
- GP / Ward
- Know
- Pin Code
Click on the “SUBMIT” button.
The order along with the details and your order request will be sent for approval by the registration department.
After the approval of the department the status changes to “Approval”.
The order number, order date, department status will be displayed.
Click the “Not bulk order reference” button.
The total value will be displayed.
Click the “Payment” button.
Now click on “Online Payment”
Click on any payment method
Click the “Pay” button.
