Procedure to Create SSSM ID online
- You need to visit the official website of Samagra Samajik Suraksha Mission and create ID.
- At home page of the official website you have to click “परिवार को पंजीकृत करें” link given under the “समग्र नागरिक सेवा” section
- A new page with registration form will appear on the computer screen. The form is divided into 4 sections.
- At the time of filling the new registration form SSM ID, you have to upload the details related to the address, details of the head of the family, identity documents and add the family members and their details.
- Complete the prescribed form step by step.
- First Address Details: This part contains 9 essential details like district, local body, region, village, colony, house number, competition address, caste and region.
- In the second part, information about the head of the family: Under this second part you will get 11 options of Name, DOB, Age, Gender, Mobile Number, Aadhaar Number, Email ID.
- The third part upload the related documents of the head: Now in this part, you will get 6 options i.e. Document Type, Document Upload, Issue, Issue Date etc.
- The fourth step is adding family members: Now include your family member one by one in this last section and provide all the necessary details as required.
Procedure to Find SSSM ID
- You need to visit the official website of Samagra Samajik Suraksha Mission
- And click “समग्र आई डी जानें” link given under the “समग्र जनसंख्या पंजी” section
- Then you need to go to the next page
- Go to search SSSM ID link
- Choose your district, local body, gender and name.
- Now enter captcha code and click search.
- Your SSSM ID will appear on the screen
Procedure to Search SSSM Family ID
- You need to visit the official website of Samagra Samajik Suraksha Mission
- Click on “Search Family Member” or “Add Family Member” option available on the home page.
- After this select the district, local body, gender and first three digits of your name.
- now select Gram Panchayat or Area or Town and Ward Number.
- Enter the captcha code and click on the search.

- First Know Your Family and Member
- Second Search Family and Member by Member Id
- Third Enter Family Member Name and Find family Samagra Id
All of the above options select one of the appropriate options according to your suitability. After that serve all the details as per requirement and then click on submit button. After successfully submitting all the details, Samagra ID MP will appear on your mobile or computer section.
