Online registration for Kaushalya Karnataka Scheme can be done through the official portal at www.kaushalkar.com. Online registrations for both interested, training providers and employers are being invited through the same official website. Kaushalya Karnataka Yojana Aspirant Registration
- Interested, unemployed candidates must first visit the official website www.kaushalkar.com.
- Scroll to the “Registration” tab and then click on the “Aspirant” link in the main menu.
- Then page of registration form for Aspirant will appear for which applicant Kaushalya Karnataka is registering: –
- Candidates can choose as skill, apprenticeship, employment or self-employment opportunities. As a reference, we clicked on the “employment” link. Kaushalya Karnataka Registration Verification Form will appear
- To proceed to fill the Kaushalya Karnataka online application form, candidates can enter their Aadhaar number here
- Fill all the required details in the application / registration form such as personal details, parent details, address details, education details.
- Click on “Send / Resend OTP” button to get one time password for verification. You will receive the OTP on your mobile number given in the personal statement.
- Enter the received OTP and click on the “Submit” button at the bottom right of the online application / registration form. Now your application has been submitted.

Kaushalya Karnataka Scheme – Who can apply
This scheme is specially designed for unemployed youth between 18 and 35 years of age. Unemployed youth, who have dropped out of their schools / colleges without completing their education, can also enroll for skill training programs under the scheme.
There is 20% reservation for ST candidates, 7% for SC and 15% for OBCs. All applicants are required to have Aadhaar card and residence certificate such as ration card or voter ID card.
The government aims to provide employment to about 70% of the youth through this scheme.
