The Government of Rajasthan is dedicated to bringing changes in the way of citizen centric governance in the state. For this, the state government has started Rajasthan Sampark Portal on sampark.rajasthan.gov.in. People can now register their complaint by registering / login on Rajasthan Rajasthan portal. People can also download the complaint application form in PDF format in Hindi or English language. Apart from this, people can also check the status of the complaint on the official website.
Government of Rajasthan Is continuously striving to bring transparency and excellence in citizen service delivery by reducing complaints. As an initiation to ensure proper service to the citizen, the Rajasthan Liaison Program has been implemented through the IT and Communications Department. Through this portal, the common man can reach the departments of the state government for their queries and concerns with the help of information communication and technology (ICT) interventions.
Rajasthan Sampark Portal Grievance Registration / Status
The aim of Rajasthan Sampark is to provide a centralized platform to the citizens where any citizen of the state can submit his grievances to the concerned departments. It mainly consists of a state level call center with integrated web portal. It will act as a point of contact for resolution and redress of various citizen-centric questions and grievances related to government services. - “Click on “LODGE YOUR GRIEVANCE (शिकायत दर्ज करें)”
- Later click on the “File a Complaint” button.
- Now fill the complete details and click on submit button
Check complaint status on Rajasthan Contact Portal
People can check the status of complaint on the Rajasthan Level Crossing Portal on the same official website http://sampark.rajasthan.gov.in/.
