Online land records search process
- Applicants who wish to search for land records online, must visit the official website.
- From the home page of the website, you have to select the region section, your district, tehsil, village and year.
- Click on the available set area option next to the options and a new page will open on the screen
- Now you need to select the type of null you want to see “Jamabandi” or “Mutations” or “Rajnmacha” or “Mutations after registry” or “Integrated Assets”.
Jamabandi-Punjab land record download online
- If you select Jamabandi, a new web page will appear on the screen.

- Click on the “View Report” option and the details will appear on the computer screen.
Search for mutations after registry
- If you select the mutation after the registry, a new web page will appear on the screen
- You have to select “Vaseeka Number” or “Transaction Number” or “Mutation Request Number” option
- Choose the option as per your choice and enter the vaseka number or transaction number or mutation request number
- Click on the “View Report” option and the details will appear on the computer screen
Integrated Property
- If you select Integrated Property, a new web page will appear on the screen
- Enter the queried details and click on the available search option next to the blank
