The Delhi government has launched the Chief Minister Advocate Welfare Scheme for the welfare of lawyers or advocates. For which the Law Department which is a separate work department for the advocates is online registration from 21 March 2020 from all the eligible lawyers for giving benefits under the Chief Minister Advocate Welfare Scheme 2020 (CM Kejrival Advocate Welfare Scheme Online Application & Registration Form) (Delhi CM Advocate Welfare Scheme is going to start receiving online application form for lawyers. All eligible lawyers can apply online on the official law portal of Delhi to avail benefits under this government scheme. For the welfare of lawyers under the Chief Minister’s Advocate Welfare Scheme, the Law Department has also constituted a separate IT department which is working on applying online with an OTP facility. A senior official said that these applications will be displayed on the website of the Law Department.

To take advantage of the scheme, lawyers have to follow the eligibility issued by the Law Department (Delhi Chief Minister Advocate Welfare Scheme Eligibility Criteria) which is as follows:
- Applicant should practice in Delhi.
- Applicant lawyer should be a permanent resident of Delhi.
- It is mandatory for the applicant to be registered with the Bar Council of Delhi.
- The name of the applicant should be in the Delhi Voter ID Card list.

From now on 10 computers in all 10 Courts Tis Hazari Court, Patiala House Court, Karkardooma Court, Saket Court, Dwarka Court and Rohini Court e-Journal with other features including web versions, e-Library (E-Library System in Delhi Courts) will be established.
Crèche facility for women advocates and employees:
In view of the problems of women advocates and employees working in the courts, the committee recommended running of crèches in all the six district courts for free. Now crèches will also be arranged in all courts.
