One Card for All Schemes – Rajasthan Janadhar Card Scheme 2019-20

Rajasthan government is going to launch a new Janadhar card in the state. Which means replacing the flagship Bhamashah card issued by the previous government means a new card of the new government. The previous government had launched many small and big government schemes in which the present government has made many changes which do not match with the old Bhamashah card, hence this new Janadhar card is being launched. The card will be launched by Chief Minister Gehlot on the first anniversary of the current term.

This Janadhar Card Scheme will not only change the look of the card, but some important changes are also being made in the form of schemes launched by the government. The previous BJP government implemented Bhamashah Card Yojana as its flagship scheme during his tenure.

Though the Bhamashah scheme was started in the last phase of Vasundhara Raje’s 2003-2008 tenure, but in 2008 the government changed and the Congress came to power when it put it in abeyance. When the BJP returned to power in 2013, the then Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje first decided to complete the work on this plan.
