Odisha state government is going to release the second installment of Kalia scheme in November 2019. The verification process of beneficiaries started in the month of August 2019 is almost complete. The state government of Odisha has already released the KALIA Scheme Green Beneficiaries in Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3. The state government had earlier released the KALIA scheme first and second list. Now the time has come to announce the final list of the Kalia Plan for Phase 3. In the final list of Kalia scheme, the government will include all those farmers who are remaining in the previous beneficiary lists.
Odisha Kalia Scheme New Beneficiary List
On Wednesday, May 29, 2019, Chief Minister Mr. Naveen Patnaik announced to increase the target for the beneficiaries of Kalia from 42 lakh to 75 lakh, adding other 33 lakh families. The Cabinet approved the grant of 25 lakhs of money to all, of which assistance is to be received within a week. If you have applied for the Kalia scheme then check your name under the District, Block, Village and Gram Panchayat wise list which has been issued for small and marginal farmers and landless agricultural laborers.
Kalia Scheme Final Phase 3 Final List
Odisha Kalia Yojana final list will be issued separately for small and marginal farmers and government for landless agricultural laborers. The KALIA Yojana Draft Beneficiary List is divided into two parts. Part A contains the details of the beneficiary selected on the basis of the green application form presented and Part B (incomplete list) contains the details of the beneficiary who was sufficient at that time. Know About Kalia Scheme
The Odisha government will transfer Rs 10,180 crore in the next three years to 92% of farmers or to the accounts of more than 50 lakh farmers through the next bank transfer method. The beneficiary who will be selected in KALIA Yojana Phase 1st, 2nd & 3rd list will get financial assistance of 10000 rupees per family for farming. These financial allowances of Rs 10,000 will be sent in two installments, first in the Kharif season and the second Rabi season. This financial assistance will be provided from five crop seasons 2018 to 2023. The state government is implementing the Kalia scheme phase-wise.

- In the second step, click on the “Beneficiary List” section to get the third DBL list.
- A computer screen will open when you click on the beneficiary section.
- Now select your “District and Block Name” and then click on submit button.
- After submitting the name of the district and the block, then the Kalia Scheme Block Wise final list will appear before you.
