Mukhyamantri Free LPG Gas Connection Scheme Jharkhand – Muft Chulha Yojana For Anganwadi Centers

The Chief Minister of Jharkhand Shri Raghubar Das has decided to give free LPG gas connections to all Anganwadi centers in the state in a review meeting of Women, Child Development and Social Security Department on 31 October Thursday. Government of Jharkhand has started distribution of free LPG gas connection and Chulha scheme from 1 November 2019 at all Anganwadi centers in the state. The Chief Minister has asked to complete the free LPG Gas Connection and Chulha Yojana in phases. First of all, free LPG gas connection and stove will be provided in remote centers.

There are 38,432 Anganwadi centers in Jharkhand so far, the deadline for giving free LPG gas connections to all of them by March 2020 has been fixed by the Chief Minister. According to government figures, there are many such Anganwadi centers in the state where food for children is still made by burning wood, condes, kerosene. To get rid of this problem, CM Free LPG Gas Connection and Chulha Yojana has been started in the state. According to the Chief Minister, under this government scheme every Anganwadi center will cost Rs 63,00 and the state government will have to bear the cost of 24 crores to operate and implement the entire scheme. Mukhyamantri Free LPG Gas Connection Scheme in Anganwadi Centers – Chief Minister Raghuvar Das held a review meeting of the Department of Women and Child Development and Social Security on Thursday evening. In which it was discovered in the interaction with the authorities that there are still many such Anganwadi centers in the state. Where the children are unable to get hot food due to lack of gas connection and also have to face difficulties in cooking. In such a situation, the government had to take care of the health of the children as well as the health of the Anganwadi worker. For which, from November 1, now all 38,432 Anganwadi centers will be provided the complete kit under the free LPG gas connection and stove scheme.

Jharkhand Nava Ration Card Distribution Scheme-

Jharkhand New Ration Card Distribution Scheme – Chief Minister Raghuvar Das launched the Nava Ration Distribution Scheme prepared by Jan Chaupal Women Self Help Group at Kumhar Tola in West Singhbhum, West Singhbhum and distribution of free cooking gas stove at Anganwadi centers. On this occasion, Chief Minister Raghuvar Das said that the nine-year-old leaders of Jharkhand should be confirmed. It is the goal of the state government to provide them nutritious food. There should also be economic empowerment of women. For this, Sakhi Mandal will now supply Ready To Eat in Anganwadi centers.

Note – The Chief Minister said that this system will be implemented in the entire state in the coming days. Earlier, Ready to Eat was supplied by a Delhi based company. Now the sisters of Sakhi Mandal will supply it and Rs 500 crore will remain in our Jharkhand. Which will prove to be a milestone for women empowerment.

Pradhanmantri Ujjwala Yojana (Jharkhand) – The meeting was attended by Additional Chief Secretary of the Finance Department, KK Khandelwal, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Sunil Kumar Varnwal, Women, Child Development and Social Security Department Secretary Amitabh Kaushal.
