MHADA Lottery 2011 is a scheme launched by the Housing and Area Development Authority, Government of Maharashtra. The main objective behind the Maharashtra government’s scheme is to provide houses at affordable rates to people of different income levels in the state. The state government has decided to build 30 million houses at a reasonable price for the weaker section. The size of these flats will be good in size. The application form can also be applied through online and offline mode.

Way to Apply online MHADA Lottery 2020
- Go to the Government of Maharashtra official website
- Click on “Register” option
- Hit generate OTP Provide OTP to verify
- Fill details like Name, Age, Gender, Income, Location and other info.
- Upload necessity documents in JPG format
- Afterward, Click to submit acknowledgement slip will appear
- Take print out of it and make online payment via debit card, internet banking etc.
MAHADA Lottery Results:
- Visti to the Official website
- Click view option and winner list will be displayed
- Now again click on the view option given in front of your scheme code and category.
- A PDF file will appear with the winner’s name and flat number
MHADA Lottery Waiting List
- Visit to the official website of Housing and Area Development Authority, Government of Maharashtra
- Hit the lottery result option from the menu bar
- Click view option and winner list will be displayed under which waiting list is also available. Just scroll down to see the page.
- In the wait list hit view option given in front of your plan code and category
- A PDF file will appear with the winner’s name and flat number
Refund policy
Candidates who have applied for the scheme but are not on the winning list will receive refund amount spent by them. Officers will refund the amount within seven working days.

- First visit on the official website of Housing and Area Development Authority, Government of Maharashtra
- Provide your username / application number and lottery event year
- Hit submit option and a new page will appear, click on the relevant link to check the status
