Procedure to Apply UP Ration Card
Firstly Visit the official website of the Uttar Pradesh Food and supply department.
For Online Apply
- Now you have to search for the appropriate link to register the ration card online application form, follow the link and a new page will open on your computer screen
- Now you have to enter details to register yourself, enter mobile number or email ID or password to generate OTP. Click the “Proceed” button.
- You received an OTP on your mobile number as soon as you clicked

- Fill the application form with correct details like name, family member details, head of family details etc.
- Then upload the required scanned documents under the image of the family and head of the family after the scan.
- Complete the form completely, submit the ration application and if necessary take a print out of the form for future use.
