The Haryana government has started receiving online application forms and registration for Udyog Mitra Scheme 2024 under the Skill Development Mission to provide employment opportunities to the unemployed in the state. Now the state government wants to partner the industries under Haryana Skill Development Mission (C).
All interested candidates can apply online for Udyog Mitra Scheme 2024 at http://hsdm.org.in/. Training partners will have to implement NSQF align, apprenticeship align and placement linked short term training program in Haryana.
The aim of HSDM) is to make the youth a partner in the economic and overall development of the country. Industries can apply online under the category of Captive employer, Industry Association, Training Partners, Sector Skill Councils, Manpower or Staffing Companies.
The Haryana Skill Development Mission (HSDM) combines the efforts of various state departments to achieve the skill development goal. Udyog Mitra is a progressive scheme to develop efficient resources in the industry.
Application process for Haryana Udyog Mitra Scheme 2024: –
- First of all, the applicant has to visit the official website http://hsdm.org.in/.
After this, you have to click on the link “Udyog Mitra Application Form” in the News & update section on the homepage.

- Here the applicants will have to enter all the details and submit the proposal to the concerned authorities for approval.
Udyog Mitra Scheme 2019 Eligibility Criteria: –
- Applicant should be a permanent resident of Haryana.
- The age of the applicant should be between 18 and 35 years.
- In this scheme, special attention will be given to women, disabled persons and below poverty line (BPL) category.
Purpose of the scheme: –
- To align professional skills with apprenticeship and industry.
- Creating a framework for hiring and training manpower in the industry.
- To develop a mechanism by connecting youth with social schemes and making initial contribution towards the same.
- Combining elements such as industry skills, apprenticeship and employment to develop overall chain value.
- Creating a reward and recognition system for youth and industry.
Notification of Udyog Mitra Scheme: –
This advertisement can be considered as a rolling empanelment process from October 2019. Applications will be accepted every month from 5th to 14th. Reconciliation results will be published within 30 working days after the complete evaluation process.
