The Gujarat State Government has launched several schemes for the welfare of the people of the state. Gujarat Saat Pagla Khedut Kalyanna Scheme 2021 is one of them. Gujarat Saat Pagla Khedut Kalyanna Scheme 2021
The Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Vijay Rupani has launched the Seven Pagla Khedut Kalyan Yojana on 10 September 2020 from Gandhinagar during a program organized at 80 locations in 33 districts across the state. The event was organized by the state government’s Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare and Cooperatives.
Steps under Saat Pagla Khedut Kalyanna Scheme
Apart from this, there are seven steps that the Gujarat government is going to take under this scheme:
- Agricultural and economic regeneration,
- Production of new crop,
- Crop storage,
- Delivery,
- Cow based farming,
- Kisan Parivar Yojana
- Chief Minister Pak Sanghara Structure Plan
Mukhyamantri Pak Sangraha Structure (Godown) Yojana
This step has been taken to protect the crop from unseasonal rains, cyclones, pests and other such factors and to help the farmers. Under this scheme the state government will provide maximum assistance of Rs. 30,000 to the farmer for such a warehouse structure. Plan implementation
Gujarat has become a leading role model for balanced development with new technology and modern agricultural methods in agriculture, industry, service sector. This scheme has been launched to develop the agricultural sector and farmers of the state. Saat Pagla Khedut Kalyanna yojana consists of seven phases, out of which two most important phases are named – “Mukhyamantri Pak Sangraha Structure (Godown) Yojana” and “Kisan Parivar Yojana”, the government has launched the first. For these two phases, the State Government has provided financial assistance of Rs. 400 crores. 1.25 lakh farmers.
Kisan Parivahan Yojana
This scheme has been started with the objective that farmers can easily reach their produce in other markets and earn more income. Under this scheme, farmers are being provided financial assistance of Rs 75,000 for the purchase of small vehicles.
