Haryana Government has launched Bhavantar Bhutai Yojana for farmers. Under this scheme, the state government will provide either compensation or compensation to the farmers for horticultural growers if their producer in Mandi gets a lower price. This Bhavantar Bharti Yojana will help farmers to reduce their losses by assuring the fixed minimum support price as well as assisting them in variety of their crops.
To take advantage of this government scheme, all farmers have to register online by visiting the website of hsamb.gov.in. Registration, inquiry, appeal lines are open only for a fixed time and all the farmers can see the scheduled dates on this website. Therefore, farmers have to register online during this time. To get the incentive amount, the farmers will have to sell their crops with J-form and then upload the form on Bhavantar Bharti Yojana portal.
Later, the state government will deposit the compensation amount directly to the bank account linked to the farmers’ Aadhaar card within 15 days.

What to Do For Farmer Registration
- During the sowing period, all farmers will have to register on the BBY e-portal of the horticulture department and on the website of Haryana State Marketing Board (HSAMB).
- Field certification by Forest Department officials.
- If a farmer is dissatisfied with the certified area, there is a provision for filing an appeal.
- Free registration for producers / manufactures.
- All these registrations will remain in force within the above mentioned time limit.
- Common service centers / e-Disha centers / marketing boards / horticulture departments / agriculture departments and internet kiosks will provide registration facility.
- Registration, verification, issue of appeal, sale period within the above mentioned dates are valid.
Bhavantar Bharpayee Yojana – Crops, MSP and Production Phase – 1
In the first phase of Bhavantar Bharti Yojana, the state government. Has included 4 crops, set a minimum support price with their fixed production. These are 4 crops – Tomato (Tomato), Potato (Potato), Onion (Onion) and Cauliflower (Cauliflower). The MSP and scheduled production is given in the table below: –

Objectives of Bhavantar Compensation Scheme
Important features and salient features of this new emotional scheme are: –
- To ensure that vegetable cultivators are free from any risk.
- To ensure a fixed income of Rs. 48000 / – to Rs. 56000 / – per acre for the above mentioned crops.
- Under the Bhavantar Bharti Yojana Haryana, fix the minimum support price of tomatoes, potatoes, onions and cauliflower.
- To provide financial assistance to farmers who have sold their crop / vegetable in a stipulated period at a price lower than their actual cultivation / production value. Government. Compensation will be provided to all farmers who are registered on hsamb.gov.in or BBY portal.
- All landowners, lease holders and tenants can avail this scheme.
