Reservation in the private sector: It is a bitter reality that reservation has led to class arbitration and reprisal. With the help of the legislative support of reservation, the ineligible have been elevated to higher positions and better experience with higher marks is simply seeing the inequality being done to them for their fault.

What is the reservation system?

The basic principle of giving reservation to a broken society originally called Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes through our Constitution has now changed. Reservation may have provided little assistance to the unfortunate, deprived and downtrodden people who had inadequate opportunities, but could be provided through concessional reformed education and other maintenance services. Once an allowance or benefit of any kind is extended to a particular category, it is not possible for any government to remove it in a democracy where voting decides the outcome of either party.

As such, the need for reservation in the private sector has long been raised to be called reserved groups or so-called untouchables. This can be increased by positive achievements in terms of reservation in small categories of jobs and other markets.

Reservation loss in private sector

So far the private sector is concerned; It is only a commercial crisis, and is set up to create a profit or investable surplus to earn more profit. This is the era of globalization, liberalization where no business can be effective if it lacks capacity, inefficient manpower or workforce. Success in the competition requires an extremely competent, most capable, most dedicated and product-oriented working class, not those who are made with the reservation stick. Everyone knows that any private enterprise grows with a dedicated and officially trained, well learned and highly motivated work force and the support and hard work of labor. How can a company be projected to carry only with personnel employed under the reservation quota.
