Games are very essential for health is wealth. Cricket is one of the interesting outdoor games. It is an English game but very popular in India in comparison to Hockey and Football.
Last Sunday, a cricket match was played between the Don Bosco High School team and our school team. It was played on our school ground. Students from both the schools came to cheer up their teams. The captains of both the teams came out for toss at 1:40 p.m our team won the toss. Our captain chose to bat.
The match started at exact 2 p.m. The game was well contested. Our team was out for 150 runs. Then it was the turn of Don Bosco School team. Their first three players played well. But the other players could not face our blowing. The team was all out for 100 runs. Our team captain received the winner’s trophy.
