Delhi govt. starts Learning through E-Resources Portal – Diksha Delhi Digital Portal LEAD for Classes 1st to 12th

Delhi government has launched Friday launched an online portal a new learning on 3 July 2020 through e-resource portal. Deputy CM and Education Minister Manish Sisodia launched the LEED eLearning portal, which has more than 10,000 instruction materials and course materials for first to 12th grades. Through the Deeksha Delhi digital portal LEAD, students will get access to textbooks, study material, course material as per the syllabus of CBSE, NCERT and Delhi Government.

The Delhi LEAD portal will include digitally QR coded textbooks, learning outcomes, explanatory videos, practice questions and assessment process. Government of Delhi, through LEAD. Will share its teaching learning material on the digital platform DIKSHA. It is a way to connect and share our programs and experiences with the whole country.

During the ongoing Kovid-19 epidemic, a large number of students and their parents have shown great interest in online learning. This has increased the team’s confidence that children will take advantage of the e-learning resources available on the LEAD portal. Education is the top priority of the Government of Delhi and Government Is taking steps in the right direction. Teachers should always strive to continuously improve and update the content according to the needs of their students.

Delhi Lead Portal – Course Material for classes 1 to 12

In the last five years, Delhi Govt. The education team has worked towards improving the education system in the national capital. This is done by taking steps to provide quality education to every child. The previously launched Khushi Curriculum, Mission Baniyad and Entrepreneurship Mindset Curriculum are part of various govt. Initiative for the welfare of education.

Both Govt. And private schools have been physically closed since March 2020 in view of the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic. In fact the classes have continued through various mediums such as video-conferencing, audio and video lessons. LEAD will provide students with textbooks, study material and course material as per the syllabus of CBSE, NCERT and Delhi Government syllabus. Support study material produced by teachers of Delhi government will also be available on this portal.

The LEAD portal has been developed by the State Council for Educational Research and Training (SCERT). The Delhi government will upload its syllabus on Deeksha, the online platform of the Ministry of Human Resource Development (HRD). The online LEAD portal will enable students to learn from other states’ teaching learning experiments and experiences. It is a mutual sharing and enlightening experience.
