Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has announced a new scheme for the benefit of the people living in Delhi, the Delhi Chief Minister Septic Tank Cleaning Scheme on November 12, 2019. Under the scheme, the Delhi government will hire agencies by issuing a tender to provide citizens the facility to clean septic tanks for free. Tenders are called for within a month to hire agencies to receive news. These agencies will assist the officials of Delhi Jal Board and other government agencies concerned for technical assistance of septic tanks. The government will issue a helpline number, on which citizens can call to avail the service.
