The Government of Chhattisgarh has started a project called CG Bhuiya for computerized land records of the state. The CG Bhuiya portal has two parts, one is Bhuiya and the other is the geo map. On this portal, citizens can grab information related to Khasra (P-II), Khatauni (BI) and Khasra Nakal (Land Map). Through Bhuiyan.cg.nic.in, anyone can grab land information in a few easy steps. Procedure of viewing Online Land Record Khasra (P-II) &Khatauni (BI):
CG Online Land Record Official Web Portal
- Go to the official website of CG Bhuiya which is “bhuiyan.cg.nic.in“.
- After that from the home page of the website you have to select the option “Digital Signature B-I / P-II Application” under the “Citizen Facilitation” section.
- A new web page will appear on the screen, where you will get the option “Choose Village (Choose Village)” or “Give Village Number (Order Village)”
- Now you need to select District -> Tehsil -> Board of Revenue Inspectors -> If you select “Village (Choose Village)” option, select the village and enter the village number if you “Village Number” Give (order the gram) “option
- Now enter the information asked about the land and choose Khasra (P-II) or Khatauni (B-I).
- Then enter the information asked further and download the required report.
Procedure to Check CG Bhu Naksha (land map):
- Go to the official website.
- On The home page of the website you need to select “नक्शा देखें” option available under “नागरिक सुविधा” section or directly visit “bhunaksha.cg.nic.in”
- Now you have to select District, Tehsil, Board of Revenue Inspectors and Villages.
- Choose your plot number in the search box shown at the top of the web page
- Then you will get three options: Report, P-II and BI
- To view the map, select the Map Report option from there
- To view P-II BI, click on the respective option.
