Essential qualifications and eligibility for Chief Minister skilled youth training
Applicants should have the following eligibility criteria for taking training in CM Skilled Youth Program:
- The age of a student must be between 15 and 25 years to avail the KYP scheme.
- If the candidate is from SC and ST, then his age should not be more than 30 years and 28 years for OBC and 30 years for Divyang.
- The student must be a permanent resident of the state of Bihar.
- The student will be given 240 hours of training for 3 months, for which he must agree.
- Students will have to deposit Rs 1,000 to avail KYP. The money will be returned to him after the completion of the KYP course.
- The government will not return the money of students who will not be able to pass the examination of KYP course even after trying three times.

- The applicant must have an Aadhaar card.
- 10th or 12th pass certificate
- Must have a residence certificate or address proof
- Photocopy of bank account passbook
