Under the Joy Bangla Pension Scheme the State Government of West Bengal will provide financial assistance of Rs. 1000 / – per month to the beneficiaries. Joy Bangla Pension Scheme Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be over 59 years of age.
- Widows and physically challenged people can also apply.
- Applicant should belong to Scheduled Tribe category
- Applicant must have bank account
- Applicant should be a permanent resident of the state of West Bengal
- Only those applicants who are not receiving any other financial assistance from the state or central government.

- From the home page of the web portal, you have to read the official notification details carefully.
- Now click on the application form filling link and a new web page will appear.
- The application form will appear on the screen of your computer / laptop
- Click on the download option to download the application form or click on the link below
- Mention all the details asked in the application form such as your name, father / husband name, date of birth, age, sex, caste etc.
- Attach a copy of the required documents listed above along with the passport size photograph in the form
- Review all the details you have entered before submitting the final and make sure that no information needs to be changed because once you have submitted the application you are not able to edit any of the details.
