The Central Government is inviting the Swadesh Kaushal Card online application form at www.nsdcindia.org/swades. SWADES (Skilled Workers’ Arrival Database for Employment Support) Scheme, Govt. Vande will conduct skill mapping of overseas returning citizens through the India Mission. Those who were working in other countries and now returned to India amidst the coronovirus (COVID-19) crisis may register themselves for future employment opportunities.

Data from citizens returning abroad shows that the states that have shown the highest returning labor are Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Telangana.
