The Government of Gujarat has given Rs. 1 lakh loan on 2% interest rate scheme This is a helping hand of the state government in the form of Rs. 5000 crore package for the people. This includes small businessmen, skilled workers, autorickshaw owners, electricians and others whose economic activities have been hampered by the ongoing COVID-19 lockdown.

The state government of Gujarat will pay 6% interest to banks lending under Atmanabir Gujarat Sahay Yojana (AGSY) targeted to small businessmen.
Government of Gujarat Has announced the Atmanbirar Gujarat Sahay Yojana in which lower middle income groups can get guarantee-free loans up to Rs. 1 lakh from banks Rs. This loan amount will be provided at an annual interest rate of 2% as it seeks to help bring it back to normal life disrupted by coronavirus lockdown. In addition, the government. Lending banks under the scheme will also pay 6% interest.

Like other loan schemes, the state government. Aatmanirbhar will invite Gujarat Sahay Yojana online application form in Gujarat. These applications can be invited through the Government of Gujarat. The objective of this scheme of AGSY is to benefit small businessmen and to cross the people belonging to lower middle income group. A loan of about Rs 10 lakh will be given to such beneficiaries. 1 lakh at only 2% annual interest from banks to start their life under Atmanirbhar Gujarat Sahay Yojana. All loans will be provided on an application basis and will not require any guarantee. Government of Gujarat Banks will pay the remaining 6% interest on the loan.
