1000 crore I-M-Shakti Yojana has been launched by the Government of Rajasthan on 18 December to emphasize on women empowerment! “Indira Mahila Shakti Yojana” is the full form of I Am Shakti! With a view to empower women in the name of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, the state government has launched the I Am Shakti Yojana! To make women self-help groups and women self-reliant, a loan of one crore rupees will be given to women from this fund, this scheme is a unique initiative of the state government! Funds can be increased further if needed in this plan!
Chief Secretary DB Gupta told that under this scheme, women will get a chance to establish enterprise and develop skills! Fifty thousand people will get benefit under this scheme!
About the “I Am Shakti” scheme in Rajasthan?
To provide electricity to women in Rajasthan, the Chief Minister of the state launched a scheme called “I Am Shakti Yojana” on 18 December 2019. The full form of I am Shakti Yojana is “Indira Mahila Shakti Yojana”. The scheme has a budget of 1000 crores and can be increased according to the Chief Minister of the state if needed. More than 50 thousand women will get the benefit of the scheme. Rajasthan’s social assistance and women will get the benefit of “Main Shakti Yojana 2019-2020”.
