Rajasthan Gargi Puraskar 2020
Rajasthan Gargi Award Scheme 2020 is a scheme of the Government of Rajasthan for girls. Under this, the government will commend the students who have scored well in the board examination and have given them a cash award along with a certificate of appreciation. This scheme is an initiative of the state government of Rajasthan to encourage women empowerment. This initiative is an important step taken by the government to encourage girls’ education.
Purpose of Gargi Puraskar Scheme
The state government wants to promote better educational opportunities for the girls of Rajasthan state. The government has started this initiative to fulfill this objective. The scheme is providing financial allowance to girls. Each government selects bright girls from the state and offers scholarships under the scheme.
Rajasthan Gargi Puraskar 2020 features
- The government has introduced this scheme for girls of any class who score 75% or more in the 10th or 12th standard examination.
- The government will give Rs. 3000 / – to Rs. 5000 / – to the beneficiaries of this scheme.
- The government will issue a check in the name of the applicant to give the benefit of the scheme
- Along with the amount, applicants will also get a certificate of appreciation.
