Haryana Government has launched Mukhyamantri Samridhi Yojana from 27 January to 30 January 2020. Under this Mukhyamantri Parivar Samridhi Yojana, PMJJBY, PMSBY, PM-KMDY, PM-LVMY, PM-SYM, PMFBY schemes to each eligible beneficiary family. People can apply online through cm-psy.haryana.gov.in by filling the Haryana Mukhyamantri Parivar Samridhi Yojana online application form.
State government. Haryana will launch this Mukhyamantri Parivar Samridhi Yojana to ensure social security to every eligible family. This social security will be provided to the people in the form of life insurance, contingency insurance and pension benefits. About 15 to 20 lakh families will be benefited from this scheme.

Following are the important features and main features of Mukhyamantri Parivar Samridhi Yojana:
- Apply online at Haryana Mukhyamantri Parivar Samridhi Scheme Portal – cm-psy.haryana.gov.in
- Each family gets Rs. 6,000 per year i.e. Rs. 500 per month as social security amount used for payment of beneficiary share of centrally sponsored schemes for pension and insurance.
- Eligibility Criteria – All families whose annual income from all sources is Rs. It is not more than that. 1,80,000. Or the total land of a family is less than 2 hectares (5 acres). Or small businessmen with annual turnover up to 1.5 crore are eligible.
- Life Insurance Benefit (Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana – PMJJBY) – Received from Rs. 500 as premium for Social Security. 330 per year will be paid on the life insurance of at least 1 family member under PMJJBY. The coverage provided is for an amount of Rs. 2 lakhs in case of death of beneficiary.
- Accident Insurance Benefit (Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana – PMSBY) – Also, Rs. 12 will be paid on accident insurance of at least 1 family member under the PM Suraksha Bima Yojana. Each beneficiary gets Rs. 2 lakh life insurance cover under this PMSBY scheme.
- Pension Benefit (Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Yojana – PMSYM) – Contribution amount of Rs. 55 to 200 per month will be paid automatically from the bank as premium for PM-SYM. This premium amount is for providing pension to the beneficiary under the PM Shram Yogi Yojana Scheme. On attaining the age of 60, Rs. Pension will be provided at the rate of Rs. 3,000 per month.
- Pradhan Mantri Kisan Yojana Scheme (PMKMY) – Under this scheme, every farmer gets Rs. Will get pension of Rs. 3,000 per month on attaining 60 years of age.
- Pradhan Mantri Lagu Vyapari Mandhan Yojana (PMLVMY) – Under this scheme, each of the retail traders, small shopkeepers, shop owners and self-employed persons will get Rs. Will get pension of Rs. 3,000 per month on attaining 60 years of age.
- Prime Minister Insurance Scheme (PMFBY)

How to apply for Mukhiya Parivar Yojana Scheme (cm-psy.haryana.gov.in)
- Families of Haryana who want to fill the MMPSY online application form, visit the official website.
- On the home page of the official website, you will find a citizen login option.
- Click on the MMPSY Citizen Login option.
- Now enter your Parivar Pechan Patra Family ID Number
- Now the head of the eligible family has to fill a simple form and provide some basic details of the family / family members.
- If you do not have your family ID, then, first of all, apply for Haryana Parivar Peechan Patra 2019.
- If a family head is not present, update your family’s Pahaan records at your nearest Common Services Center (CSC)
- The form can be printed after logging into the portal by keying in ‘Family ID’ and a dynamic OTP (can be distributed on the mobile of the head of the family as registered on the Family ID portal).
- The process of printing the MMPSY form can also be completed at Antyodaya centers, SARAL Kendras, Atal Seva Kendras (Common Service Centers) and gas agencies.
Pension premium chart under MMPSY 2019-20
Under the Chief Minister Housing Scheme, the beneficiary will be entitled to pension under any of the following three pension schemes administered by the Central Government: –
- Prime Minister Kisan Dhan Yojana
- PM Shram Yogi Manav Dhan Yojana
- Prime Minister Laghu Vyapari Man Dhan Yojana
The beneficiary will be entitled to pension at the rate of Rs. 3000 per month after attaining 60 years of age. The contribution of premium is to be shared by the Central Government and the beneficiary on a 50:50 basis. Under MMPSY, Haryana Government will pay premium on the beneficiary’s contribution based on the age of the beneficiary, which is as follows: –
