Government of Andhra Pradesh. Has approved the Jagannath Vashi Devena scheme on 27 November 2019. The scheme will help ITI / Polytechnic / Degree students in their hostel and institutes on charges of malpractices. The AP Cabinet Committee has also approved 2 other schemes like Jagan Anna Vidya Deewana Yojana and YSR Kapu Nesam Yojana.
All students will receive financial assistance directly into their mothers bank account. The AP YSR cabinet also approved an allocation of Rs 2,300 crore every year for the AP Jagananna Vasathi Deevana scheme.
Under the Jagan Anna Vasati Diwan Scheme, AP Govt. In the months of December and July, the students will give the specified amount in 2 equal installments.

Eligibility for applicants
- Must be a state resident – Since the scheme will be funded and operated by the state government, only legal and permanent residents of the state will be allowed to receive this aid grant.
- Must be a regular student – It is imperative that the student enrolls in a registered educational institution located in the state. He should be a regular disciple. The scheme is not open to members of distance education mode.
- Hostel lodging option should be chosen – Only those students will be able to apply and can apply for the hostels in which they have got accommodation.
- BPL and WES families – Students from families falling in the EWS and BPL categories will receive a grant-in-aid.
- Family Income Norms – The guidelines of the scheme states that the student resides in a rural area, the upper limit of family income is Rs. 10,000. The income criterion for the residents of the cities is Rs. 12,000.
- Access to bank account – The project draft also states that the applicant should have access to the bank account, where the grant money will be deposited by the state government.
Documents required for application
- Residential proof – Every interested candidate has to provide photocopy of residential documents. These letters should be issued by the state government to reveal that the applicant is a permanent resident of Andhra Pradesh
- Aadhaar Card – During the registration process a photocopy of the Aadhaar card of the candidate is required to be submitted.
- Admission Documents – If one wishes to receive a grant, he / she must submit a photocopy of the admission documents, which have been issued by the educational institution.
- Hostel fee payment papers – Applicants have to submit the hostel registration and fee payment documents along with the application form.
- Income certificate – Applicants are required to obtain a family income certificate issued by the Gram Panchayat or Municipal Corporation office on the basis of residential location.
- BPL and EWS certificate – All candidates are required to produce a photocopy of the BPL and EWS certificate to support their claims.
- Bank Account Details – As the grant will be credited to the beneficiaries bank account through DBT, it is important that applicants attach documents, which reveal the account number, branch code and name, IFSC code and other relevant details.
How to get registration form and apply?
It has been a few days that the State Government has announced the details of the scheme. It is anticipated that applicants will have to opt for online registration. But as of now there is no website for this scheme. The state government will soon start a site so that students can register without any hassle. When the authority publishes new details about the application mode, we will update it on our site. AP Jagan Anna Vasati Deevena Scheme 2020
Important features and features of AP Jagannath Vashikaran Scheme: –

- Jagannath Vashidevi Scheme amount will be paid in two installments. The first installment is to be given in the month of December and the second installment in July.
- This amount will be given in the student’s mother’s bank account.
The allocation for the AP Jagannath Vasati Devena scheme has increased to Rs. 1500 crores as compared to the allocation made by the TDP government. A total of 11,44,490 students are expected to benefit from the Jagan Anna Vidya Devena Yojana and the Jagannath Vasathi Devena Yojana.
AP Jagananna Vidya Deevena Scheme 2020
Under the Jagan Anna Vidya Diwan Scheme, AP Govt. Will provide 100% fee reimbursement to students. All students belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes, Minorities, Kapu, Economically Backward Classes and Different Classes will be reimbursed. The AP Cabinet Committee has given Rs. 3400 crores for full fee reimbursement scheme. This fee reimbursement will be extended to the students of B Tech, B Pharmacy, M Tech, M Pharmacy, MBA, MCA, B.Ed and such courses.
Any student whose annual family income is Rs. Less than 2.5 lakhs are eligible under the Jagan Anna Vidya Diwan scheme. All students who have 10 acres of wetland and 25 acres of dry land are also eligible for benefits. There is no income limit for sanitation work families and those who are professionally dependent on taxis, autos and tractors. However, income tax payers will not be eligible.
AP YSR Kapu Nestam Scheme
The AP cabinet has also approved the YSR Kapu Nesam scheme for women of Kapu, Ballija, Telga, Ontari communities. Under this scheme, women between the ages of 45 and 60 years of age will get Rs. Will be assisted 15,000 per year. Each beneficiary will get Rs 75,000 over five years to help them improve their living conditions. The cabinet approved the YSR Kapu Nestam scheme with an allocation of Rs 1,101 crore and Rs 900 crore every year thereafter.
AP Wahana Mitra Scheme Phase 2
AP Government Has also allocated Rs. 63 crores for implementation of Wahna Mitra Scheme Phase 2 for auto, taxi, maxi cab owners cum drivers. Under this scheme, each driver / owner gets Rs. 10,000 per year for the annual maintenance of their vehicles. The total amount is Rs. 236 crore has been disbursed to the beneficiaries in these two phases of the Benefit Mitra Scheme. The registration process for AP Wahana Mitra Scheme beneficiaries will continue next year.
Apart from this, AP Navratanlalu’s Pandlendarki Ilu (Housing Scheme) scheme was also approved and Rs. 25 lakh houses are to be built.
