The Aatm Nirbhar Bharat Abhiyan was launched to lift the country out of the damage caused by the Corona crisis. So far, 2 faces of self-sufficient India have been launched. Now the third phase of the self-reliant India campaign has been launched by the government. Which will be known as Self-reliant India Campaign 3.0. 12 new schemes have been launched under the third phase. Through which the country’s economy will move forward. Schemes launched under Aatm Nirbhar Bharat Abhiyan 1.0
- One Nation One Ration Card: Under this scheme ration can be purchased from any ration shop across India with a single ration card. One Nation One Ration Card was launched from 1 September 2020. So far, One Nation One Ration Card has been implemented in 28 states and union territories.
- PM Savnidhi Yojana: Under PM Savnidhi Yojana, 13.78 lakhs have been distributed to street vendors. Which is of 1373.33 crores rupees. These people are distributed in 30 states and 6 union territories.
- Kisan Credit Card Scheme: Under the Kisan Credit Card Scheme, loans worth Rs. 1,43,262 crore have been provided to 157.44 lakh farmers so far.
- Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana: So far, a loan of Rs 1681.32 crore has been disbursed under the Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana.
- Emergency Working Capital Funding through NABARD for Farmers: Under this scheme, 25000 crore rupees have been disbursed in the account of farmers till now.
- ISLGS 1.0: So far, 2.05 lakh crore rupees have been collected to 61 lakh people under this scheme. 1.52 lakh crores of which have been distributed so far.
- Partial Credit Guarantee Scheme 2.0: So far, Public Sector Bank has approved Rs 26,899 crore for the purchase of the portfolio under this scheme.
- Special Liquidity Scheme for NBFCs / HFCs: So far, Rs 7227 crore has been disbursed under this scheme.
- Liquidity Injection for Discourse: A loan sanction of Rs 118273 crore has been done so far under this scheme. Out of which loan of Rs 31136 crore has been disbursed.
Portions of Aatm Nirbhar Bharat Abhiyan 3.0
- The scheme has three parts. The first part consists of the North Eastern region. For which Rs 200 crore has been allocated. Assam has been allocated Rs 450 crore, given the population and geographical area there. In the second part comes all the states which do not come in the first part.
- An amount of Rs 7500 crores has been allocated by the government for the second part. 2000 crores has been allocated under the third part of this scheme.
- The amount of this third part will be provided only to those states which implement at least three of the four reforms stated by the government in the states. These four reforms are One Nation One Ration Card, Is of Doing Business Reform, Urban Local Bodies / Utility Reform and Power Sector Reform.

The Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, has started a self-reliant India campaign by addressing the name of the country on 12 May 2020 at 8 pm, under which an economic package of Rs 20 lakh crore has been announced. The economic package provided under the Self-Reliant India Campaign will be used to make the country self-reliant. The main objective of the self-reliant India campaign is to elevate India into the productive and industrial sector of the world. Objective of Self-reliant India campaign – Self-reliant India campaign launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi will contribute significantly in economic losses due to Kovid-19 epidemic and in improving the economy of the country. Under this scheme or campaign, the Government of India wants to make all Indians self-reliant, for which the government has taken several new steps, which are given below in this article.
In the second phase of the lockdown of the corona virus, the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana 2020 was launched by the central government for which a package of 1 lakh 70 thousand crore was announced, the same package of crore was also announced by the Reserve Bank. - Under the self-reliant India campaign, the government has so far made about 15 announcements for various sectors, which are as follows
For MSME’s
- Loan package of 3 lakh crore rupees – Central government will provide collateral free automatic loan to all micro and small industries for 4 years without any collateral. A 12-month moratorium will also be given in this loan scheme. About 12 crore daily employees will benefit from this loan scheme.
- 20 lakh crore rupees will be provided to about 2 lakh micro and small industries which are financially weak or are NPA.
- Rs. 50,000 crore of equity infusion into those who have potential and doing viable business.
- New definition of MSME – Investment limit for MSMEs will be increased, turnover size can also be increased. The difference between service and manufacturing MSMEs will be removed.
- Global tender up to Rs 200 crore not allowed – Government procurement tenders up to Rs 200 crore will no longer be on the global tender group
- New steps will be taken to promote e-commerce in MSME sector.
For Employees Provident Fund (EPF)
- For companies in which less than 100 employees work and at least 90% of whose salary is less than 15000 rupees, the government will pay the EPF of their employees for the next 3 months (June, July and August 2020). This package of about 2500 crore rupees will benefit about 72 lakh employees of the country.
- For some industries, EPF contribution has been reduced from 12% to 10% for the next 3 months. The entire EPF government will be filled for the next 3 months on behalf of all the industries (public sector enterprises) and public sector undertakings under the government. For this, the government has made a provision of Rs 6750 crore.
