Eligibility criteria
To be eligible, a candidate must:
- India, Egypt, Cambodia, Argentina, Brazil, China, Malaysia, South Africa, Thailand are among the countries receiving official development assistance from the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Zimbabwe, etc.
- Holds graduate level at Oxford University, excluding pharmacological studies.
- The aspirant must be an International Freshman Scholar at the University of Oxford.

- 2023 Admission For candidates who apply by the scholarship deadline of 10 February 2023, the selection process will be considered in March 2023.
- Interviewers will be well aware of the result of their application in April 2023.
Selection Process
- The selection for the Reach Oxford Scholarship will take place in March.
- Financial need and social commitment are the main principles of scholarly selection.
- The preference of the scheme will be given to those students who have not studied at UG level earlier.
- Selected applicants will be notified via email. Recipients should aim to return to their home country after their studies.
Important Things to Remember
- The beneficiaries have to write an annual report about their theoretical and social activities and achievements in the university.
- Applicants should keep in mind that competition for structure is high and the university does not have additional funding for applicants who are not offered scholarships.
