Dear Students Dharampal Satyapal Charitable Trust has release the Sarla Devi Scholarship 2023 online application form for the support of meritorious students belonging to financially needy families. The main objective of this scholarship scheme is to belong to meritorious students and economically disadvantaged families and to complete their higher education in science, arts, commerce and vocational studies.

Sarala Devi Scholarship Award

Applicants located around Delhi NCR can get a scholarship up to INR 75,000 to meet the eligibility criteria for the scholarship.

Sarala Devi Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

Science section

  •     Scholars should study MBBS, Engineering or Nursing from clear colleges
  •     The annual family income of the parents does not exceed INR 4.5 lakh
  •     Applicants should get minimum 75% marks in class 12 in class 12 (PCB / PCM / PCMB in class 12)

 Art section

  •     Applicants must have a degree in LLB, Psychology or Mass Communication
  •     Annual family income of parents does not exceed INR 4.5 lakh
  •     Applicants should get minimum 75% marks in class 12
  •     They must be from Arts, Science or Commerce stream

Commerce course

  •     Applicants should aspire to pursue CA / CS
  •     Annual family income of parents does not exceed INR 4.5 lakh
  •     Applicants have secured minimum 80% marks in class 12
  •     Applicant must have Arts, Science or Commerce stream

Vocational course

  •     Applicants desirous of vocational courses (mechanic, electrician, plumber, mason, carpenter, gardener and tailor) for employment
  •     The annual family income of the parents does not exceed INR 4.5 lakh

Award for Sarala Devi Scholarship

Shortlisted applicants selected for the scholarship will get the following benefits:

  •     14 scholars of science courses will get scholarship up to INR 75,000
  •     50 scholars of arts course will get scholarship up to INR 20,000
  •     40 scholars of commerce courses will get scholarship of INR 25,000each
  •     65 scholars of professional courses will get scholarship up to INR 15,000
