Haryana Welfare Department has updated Haryana Scholarship 2023 new list online application form in its official website. These scholarships are for the welfare of General / SC / ST / OBC students studying in the past. And post matriculation courses. The main mission behind this scholarship scheme is to help those students who are not able to go for higher studies and desire of the same. Whether it is General or SC / ST, Haryana Welfare Society wants to encourage education in all categories.

The welfare of the Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes Department of Haryana brings new schemes for the development of the youth of the state from time to time. In view of the low literacy level in Haryana, Haryana Welfare Society has launched the online Haryana Scholarship 2020 on the official website.
Eligibility for Haryana Scholarship Scheme
- Family income will not exceed 2 lakhs.
- Students must have scored more than 50% in 12th standard.
- Candidate should be domicile and permanent resident of Haryana State.
- The benefit of the scholarship will not be given to more than two members of a family.
- Candidates who wish to opt for higher studies are eligible for this scheme.

Terms and Conditions
- Applicants from Haryana only may apply for HaryanaScholarship
- Only SC/ST/OBC/GEN students may get scholarship.
- Scholarships will be allotted on the basis of minorities populations in Haryana.
- Candidates can take benefit of Scholarship through one source only.
Apply Haryana Scholarship Registration Form 2023?
- Go to the Haryana Welfare Department website
- Open the official website of the department which is “hryscbcschemes.in”
- Now, hit “Apply for Post Matric Scholarship”.
- Check all complete instructions and then press the “Proceed to registration” button.
- Now, “Haryana Scholarship Online Registration” page will be shown where you fill the required details like Name, Date of Birth, Category, Aadhaar Number, Mobile Number, Email ID, Security Question and Answer.
- Important Note: Choose Password After filling in these details, press the “Save and Continue” button correctly.
- Now, you will get “One Time Password” on your registrar mobile number, then “Verify OTP”.
- Then note the “unique application ID” and “password” on your mobile number and email ID for further use.
- Then login with your “Application ID” and “Password”.
- Proceed to fill the application form for the “PMS” button.
- Fill in the “Applicant Details” correctly.
- After that fill all the eligibility details and school name / address, 10th 12th board name etc.
- Then fill your college fee details and then “Applicant bank account details” like account number, applicant name, bank name, bank address, IFSC code, account type etc.
- Finally upload all required documents, take printout for eligibility, self attested bank passbook copy, self attested-Aadhaar card, Haryana residence certificate, Haryana caste certificate, income certificate, payment fee receipt and further processing
