AP Jagananna Vidya Deevena Scheme
The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Mr. YS Jagan Mohan Reddy Government is going to start a new scheme called “Jagannath Vidya Deewana Yojana”. Under this scheme, the government is going to provide financial assistance to students studying in Polytechnic / ITI / Engineering / Degree / PG. This scheme has been specially introduced for BPL and EWS candidates. Government Rs. To provide financial assistance to the beneficiaries of 20000 / – per year for food and hostel expenses with full fee reimbursement. The scheme has been launched to promote education and encourage students to pursue higher studies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be resident of Andhra Pradesh state
- Applicant should have passed 12th standard and should be admitted to college / university / institute for further education in regular course
- Applicant’s family income should not exceed Rs 50 lakh
- Applicant’s family should have less wet 10 acres or dry 25 acres or 25 acres wet and dry
- No member of the applicant’s family should be a government employee or pensioner
- No family member of the applicant is paying income tax.
- Applicant should belong to BPL or EWS category
- This scheme is not meant for students who are studying through distance education.
- Children and sanitation workers of taxi and truck drivers may also apply if they meet other requirements

Process of Apply Jagananna Vidya Deevena Scheme

- Now check the name of your district from the list that appears on the screen.
- Now choose urban or rural according to your location and click on the link in the column next to the name of your district.
- Then choose your board name from the open list
- Click on the link in the column next to your circle list
- Then note your secretariat code.
- After that enter the secretariat code and check the information.
