[Application] Haryana 14 Digit Identity Card – Parivar Pehchan Patra

To facilitate all citizen-centric services and schemes by the state government, Haryana has launched the Parivar Pehchan Patra Yojana. The Parivar Pehchan Patra will distribute all the benefits of services and schemes to these beneficiaries based on the Socio-Economic and Caste Census (SECC) -2011. The Haryana 14-digit Unique Identity Card is intended to provide transparency in the delivery of citizen-centric services as well as to reduce corruption and detect fake beneficiary of the state. According to the Chief Minister of the state, Mr. Manohar Lal Khattar, the Parihar Pechen 14 Digit Unique Identity Card will provide benefits to about 54 lakh families in the state.

New update in Haryana Parivar Pehchan Patra

In a recent meeting on 24 July 2019, District Treasury Officer Rajbir Singh Sahu said that the Haryana government has issued a notification for all permanent and contract based workers who are working in any government department. Under this directive, the Haryana government explicitly provided a deadline to these workers to submit their family identity documents to create a unique paper.

Haryana 14-digit Special Identity Card

A 14-digit unique identity card will be prepared for automatic delivery of various citizen-centric services to each family in the state. This means that the government will ascertain the eligibility of the family as per the data available in the special identity card of the family and then provide all benefits to the family. This avoidance paper will ensure zero beneficiary in the state. These 14 issue family paper will be prepared for both joint and separate families.

Verification of document in Parivar Pehchan Patra

For verification of citizens and their families under the program, the state government will establish certification centers in Atal Seva Kendra, Saral Centers, Tehsil and Panchayat Offices, Blocks, Gas Agencies, Schools, Colleges, other government and semi-government educational institutions. Different Districts. 500 centers will be set up in each district government to verify 54 lakh beneficiary data. At these places, the natives of the state can easily verify and update their family details.

How to check family name in Parivar Pehchan Patra List

  • Check your status in Socio-Economic and Caste Census (SECC) -2011.
  • If your family is in SECC-2011, then Haryana government will add you to the scheme.
  • If you do not find your family under the SECC-2011 list, then you have to follow the following procedure to avail the benefit plan.

How the upbringing applies under Parivar Pehchan Patra

  • You will find hard copy of Public Schemes Scheme Performance in all offices like SDM Offices, Tehsils, Block Offices, Schools, Ration Depots, Gas Agencies etc.
  • To ensure the update of your family under the scheme, obtain a hard copy of the Haryana 14-digit Special Identity Card from the above mentioned department.
  • Fill the application form with all the required details.
  • Attach all the required documents and then submit to the same office where you have received the application form.
