KSCSTE Talent Scholarship

- Duly filled application form in the given format.
- “Terms and conditions” signed by the candidates in a specified format
- Copy of Higher Secondary Education Mark List (Self Attested)
- Certificate in proof of ‘Place of Origin’ [Applicant must be of Kerala origin]

Educational Qualification: Candidates have at least 90% marks in 10 + 2 category (80% for SC / ST candidates).
Selection Criteria: Candidates will be selected on the basis of merit of Higher Secondary Examination.

Graduation
- 1 year – Rs. 12000 / –
- Second Year – Rs. 18000 / –
- 3 years – Rs. 24000 / –
Postgraduate level
- 1 year – Rs. 40000 / –
- Second Year – Rs. 60000 / –

- First of all, the candidates have to visit the official website of the department www.kscste.kerala.gov.in.
- Then hit the register link at the bottom of the page.
- Now, fill the application form with the required details.
- After successful registration, the computer generated date sheet with necessary credentials should be sent to the postal address given below.
Who can apply for this scholarship ?
To be eligible for this scholarship, an applicant must:
- Be a domicile of Kerala
- Have passed Higher Secondary Examination (Class 12) from Kerala
- Have scored a minimum of 90% marks in aggregate and in all the Science subjects put together (80% in case of SC/ST students)
- Have secured admission for B.Sc/Integrated M.Sc/Integrated BS-MS course in Basic or Natural Science

Terms and Conditions
- The duration of the scholarship will be 3 years.
- Initially, the scholarship is released for only the first year. It can then be renewed in subsequent years if the student maintains an average minimum score of 60%.
- No break is allowed in the course of study and it should be continuous.
- The number of scholarships allocated to students from each Board of Examination will be
proportional to the number of eligible applicants from the corresponding Boards.
