e Kalyan Jharkhand Scholarship 2023 – Eligibility criteria
- Applicant should belong to SC / ST / BC category
- Applicant should be a permanent resident of the state of Jharkhand
- Applicant’s family income should not exceed 2.5 lakhs for SC / ST and 1.5 lakhs for BC category.
Who are not eligible? for e Kalyan Jharkhand Scholarship 2023
- Applicants who belong to SC / ST category, but the family income is more than 2 lakhs
- Applicants who are in BC category but have family income of more than 1.5 lakh
- Students belong to category other than SC / ST / BC

Procedure to apply for e-Kalyan Jharkhand Scholarship
To apply for the scholarship scheme under E Kalyan Jharkhand, the procedure given below is required to be followed.
- Open the official website of the Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes, Minorities and Backward Classes Welfare Department
- Click on the “Student Registration” option from the home page of the website
- Enter all the details asked in the application form like name on screen, father’s name, date of birth, email id etc.
- After entering the captcha code on the screen, click on the “Create Account” option
- Click on the link “Scholarship Registration” in the menu bar from the home page of the website.
- Then you need “Student Admission Registration for Pre-Matric Scholarship Registration” or “Student Admission Registration for Post-Matric Scholarship Registration“
- Click on the “Register / Sign-up” option given in front of the above search lines
- First select login with “student / login name” or “email” or “mobile”
- Enter the details asked to enter your account
- Enter captcha code and click on “Sign-in” option
- Now you need to fill the remaining details in the application form
- Upload required documents in jpg format
- If necessary, carefully review the application and make changes
- Click on submit option to submit the application form
- Remember you cannot make any changes after the click submit option so be careful while reviewing the application
- Make a print out of the application for further use
