Odisha Madhu Babu Pension Scheme
The scheme has been launched by the Department of Social Security and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Government of Odisha. The scheme was first revised in January 2008 with the names of two pension schemes, the Revised Old Age Pension Rules, 1989 and the Disability Pension Rules, 1985. Scholarship amount of Odisha Madhu Babu Pension Scheme 2020
Applicants who are less than 80 years of age will get Rs. 500 / – and applicants whose age is more than 80 will get Rs. 700 / – per month. The beneficiary will get the cash amount by any officer subordinate to BDO (in rural area) in BDO or Gram Panchayat office to DSO or any officer subordinate to DSSO in municipal office in urban area on 15th of every month.
Procedure for applying for Aadhaar linking
Applicants whose Aadhaar seeding is pending, need to go to the Gram Panchayat Office or Municipal Office to get a photocopy of the Aadhaar card to receive pension on 15 January 2020. Applicants are required to submit a copy of Aadhaar before 15 March 2020. For issuing an Aadhaar card, the Aadhaar card can go to the local block office.
