The complete state wise list of BPL families / families / candidates can be seen in the official websites of the state government departments or in the SECC-2011 data. Apart from the BPL list, the government may decide some other parameters for the selection of beneficiaries for various schemes. BPL List (All India) 2020 Based on SECC-2011 Data

1. Based on inclusion and exclusion in NREGA scheme
In the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA Scheme), only BPL families are included, so the BPL list can be checked by looking at the list of NREGA beneficiaries on its official website. For checking name in All India Final BPL list, below is the complete procedure: –
- To download the BPL list from SECC 2011 data, candidates can directly click on this link – http://mnregaweb2.nic.in/netnrega/dynamic_account_details_ippe.aspx.
- To check their name in the final BPL list of IPPE2, candidates can select “State”, “District”, “Tehsil / Taluk” and “Gram Panchayat”.
- Later, candidates can select the list type which is either auto inclusion / exclusion or auto exclusion or other. In addition, candidates have to select the number of rows to be displayed and then click on the “submit” button.
- Then the complete BPL list will appear with name, sex, age, category, father’s name, total members, deprived codes and counting.
- Finally, candidates can manually find their name in the Gram Panchayat wise BPL list.

Telangana is a new state that has separated from Andhra Pradesh after FY 2011, so the BPL list of Telangana Peoples does not exist separately. People of Telangana state can check their name by selecting their district in Andhra Pradesh BPL list.
3. MGNREGA Convergence Plan List – Check Name in SECC 2011 Data
Everyone can also see their name in the MGNREGA convergence plan list. This list has been prepared by the central government.
